Something real is happening in
your life right now.
Maybe it's a decision with actual consequences.
Maybe it's a relationship asking something new of you.
Maybe it's a version of yourself that's outgrown something — and you can feel it, even if you can't name it yet.
You've done the work. You know your patterns.
You're not looking for a formula or a fix.
You want to get in the room with someone who can see what you can't — and help you do something with it.
That's exactly what this is.
WHY I CREATED THIS
A few years ago, something kept happening in the office hours of my live courses.
People would bring something forward — a decision, a tension, something they couldn't quite resolve — and I'd coach them. And then the strangest thing: the people watching would leave just as moved as the person in the chair. Sometimes more.
We started calling it the magic of witnessing. And we realized — this is its own medicine. It deserves its own container.
That's how In The Room began. A small circle of alumni. Real stakes. Honest conversation. No performance. Just coaching, community, and something that kept surprising us.
I didn't expect how much I'd love it. I didn't expect how much it would matter to them.
One participant told me: "I came to get coached and I left knowing something I couldn't have known alone."
That happened. Again and again.
Now we're opening the doors a little wider.
Because right now — in this particular moment of uncertainty — we think this kind of grounded, witnessed, connected work matters more than ever.
In The Room, we build the future we desire
while navigating the present.
[Get In The Room]
WHO THIS IS FOR
Most people who join In The Room are not beginners.
They've been in therapy. They've worked with coaches. They've read the books, done the reflection, and they understand their own patterns — often quite well.
And yet.
Something significant is reorganizing itself right now. Professionally. Personally. Often both, in the places where they blur. (And they always blur, no matter what anyone tells you.)
IT MIGHT BE:
A decision with real relational or professional consequences Emotional labor that's heavier than it used to be A boundary situation that keeps finding new shapes A leadership moment you didn't fully sign up for An identity that's quietly outgrown its old container The sense that you're at an edge — even if you can't name it yet
Or maybe you just want to be in a room where you don't have to explain yourself from scratch.
That's welcome here too.
You can bring the personal, the professional, and everything in between. You can bring the thing that doesn't have clean edges yet. You can bring what's half-formed and still figuring itself out.
In The Room is built for exactly that.
“For help on boundaries,
Randi Buckley really is THE Best!”
- Denise Duffield Thomas
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
In The Room is a live, drop-in coaching space. Six or more sessions every month. Two time options most weeks.
You bring what's current and alive. I coach. The community holds and witnesses.
Here's what makes this different from almost anything else you'll find:
I don't circle the story.
After 25+ years of coaching, I know where to listen.
We're not here to retell what happened — we're here to find the structural tension beneath it. The value in conflict. The relational pattern that's ready to evolve. The place where clarity is actually possible.
We look for: — the value in conflict — the identity edge — the relational pattern ready to shift
The shift often happens faster than people expect. Not because the situation disappears.
Because you can finally see what you're actually working with.
Clarity changes everything.
THE QUIET POWER OF COMMUNITY
Here's the part people don't anticipate.
When one person brings something forward and I work with them, something moves in the whole room. Not because everyone's situation is identical — but because the underlying human tensions are.
You'll hear something land for someone else and realize it was meant for you too.
An insight. A recognition. A shift that arrives sideways, quietly, and stays.
Both my doctoral research and 25 years of practice point to the same truth: growth in well-held community is often deeper and more durable than growth in isolation.
Witnessing reduces the loneliness of complexity. It sharpens self-recognition. It accelerates insight.
Some days you're in the chair. Some days you're witnessing.
Both are doing something real.
"Any room with Randi in it is a room you want to be in!
Randi’s wisdom and ability to coach you through almost anything is such a gift, and to be able to benefit from this in the company of the exquisite humans she brings together makes "In The Room" one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
Randi creates groups that are warm and gentle, somewhere that you want to hang out. I turn up most weeks thinking “I don’t have anything for coaching this week”, and inevitably realize that I am also dealing with the same challenges others have brought for coaching: Even when I’m not the one being coached, I benefit immensely from hearing others being coached so expertly by Randi. I always leave feeling refreshed and reenergised, and I love being part of a community of who care about each other, and I learn so much from Randi."

WHAT THIS IS NOT
Not a course. Not therapy. Not a room where everyone weighs in with their own story.
There is no curriculum. No catching up. No homework.
Sessions are not recorded — ever.
Privacy protects the quality of thinking. It keeps the room honest. It keeps people real.
Randi is the coach. The community witnesses. You bring what's real.
That's the whole design.
THE LOGISITICS
Six or more live sessions each month.
Two time options most weeks — come consistently, or drop in
when something is alive for you.
Tuesdays · 9:30–11:00 AM Pacific
Thursdays · 11:00 AM–12:30 PM Pacific
Seasonal schedule adjustments are announced well in advance. All sessions are live. None are recorded. Come for the full session or the portion that works for you.
No required attendance. No catching up. No gold stars for showing up every time.
You don't have to rearrange your life to be supported.
You just have to enter the room.
THE CONTAINER
Every participant agrees to a set of Group Graces; shared agreements that protect the integrity of the space:
Confidentiality. Respect. Randi is the coach — not the group.
No fixing. No advice-giving. No cross-talk.
A room of genuine community, expert coaching, and the rare relief of a space that can hold complexity without flattening it.
That combination is rarer than it should be.
Investment
NEW: In The Room is offered on a sliding scale.
Choose the rate that honestly reflects your financial reality right now.
Both tiers receive identical access, identical coaching, identical community.
This structure exists because excellent coaching and support shouldn't only be available to people who can afford the top rate; and because people who can sustain the higher rate make it possible for others to be here too.
Please note, as with all my services and offers,
once payment has been made it is non-refundable.
I offer both monthly and pay-in-full options.
MONTHLY
Three months is enough time for something real to begin.
Stay as long as the room is serving you.
$250/month For those in a genuinely stretched financial season
$350/month For those who are able —
and who want to help sustain the room for others
After your three-month commitment, continue month-to-month
for as long as it serves you.
PAY-IN-FULL
Both pay-in-full options include one private 1:1 coaching session with Randi during your six months — valued at $450 and typically booked weeks out.
$1,500 (at the $250/month rate)
or
$2,100 (at the $350/month rate)
The math is simple: at either rate, pay-in-full costs the same as six monthly payments
and are always appreciated.

PAY-IN-FULL

ENROLLMENT
This enrollment window is open
for 10 days only.
In The Room is not always open. Enrollment happens in windows- when the window closes, it closes.
The next window will open when we're ready for new members.
Not to create pressure, but because a room that works requires the right size and the right moment.
When we reach capacity, we close sooner.
There is no waitlist.
More practically: the season you're navigating right now is happening whether or not
you're supported through it.
You can start as soon as you're in — your first session is waiting.
If something real is happening in your life right now — a decision, a transition, a season of unusual weight —
you don't have to navigate it alone.
Come into the room. I'll meet you there.
Enrollment Closes April 4th.

“Randi didn't just hold my hand.
She held my heart and whispered magic. Really.”
— Tanya Geisler
For many people, In The Room becomes their primary way of working with me.
It's coaching stripped back to what's most potent: a skilled coach, a well-held space, real people doing real work in real time.
If you've ever thought, "I just wish I could get in the room with Randi" —
Now you can.
Private coaching is available separately for those who want fully dedicated one-on-one time and focus.
"Randi has given me the courage I need to say no.”
“I’ve struggled with boundaries all of my life. But after working with Randi I have learned to set and enforce them - while still maintaining my kindness. I’m forever grateful for her wise guidance.
I wonder if I should start a Randi Buckley Fan Club. I'd be a good president for that.”
- Theresa Reed, The Tarot Lady
