But if you’d like to hear more, I have more to tell you about…
I’m masterful and love helping people find their words for tricky, awkward, emotional and big conversations. And also for helping you prepare to have that conversation with heart, without being either a pushover or alienating. I’ve always had an gift for this and I’ve put it to good practice. I grew up with parents who taught me to speak my truth without being intimidated, and to create stronger relationship and allies in the process. (I was seriously lucky to have them as parents.)
My training and experience in Non-Violent Communication, Appreciative Inquiry, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, crisis intervention, Deep Democracy, constellations, and 20+ years in experiential education, etc… make me sound really qualified… and are precious tools I’ve adapted, integrated and applied to this course. The process alone is clarifying and transformative.
Speak your truth and be at peace with it. Get to the heart of what you want to say.
Find the words to honor your truth so it lands with your preferred outcome in mind.
What I’m offering…
I’ve wanted to offer this course for a LONG time. I work with women on these types of conversations for their personal, professional and intimate lives all the time.
- We meet each Wednesday at 6:30 PM (Pacific Time) by tele-conference
- Assignments to move you forward with your truth and ground you in feeling good.
- **Additional private coaching with me during the week’s office hours. (Office hours: Like meeting with a professor in college, but better. Office Hours are a predetermined time to call or Skype and get laser-focused, on-the-spot support and coaching. First come, first served or you can make an appointment.)
- Private Facebook Group for checking in, call recordings, resources, and feedback.
My regular private coaching rate starts at $175 an hour, so math wizardry tells you this is a pretty sweet opportunity. (Why this price? Why low? I’m ready to test this course out and play!) It will become one of my signature offerings and I want to get my feet wet now! )
I’ve been teaching for over 20 years and have helped many people in their personal and professional lives have these conversations and sometimes transform their relationships or their own life. I remember helping my fellow first-graders out on the playground, thinking about the best way to tell their mom about something they’d rather not tell her. Fast forward years later and I’m helping top executives at a Fortune 5 Company with conversations too.
Lovely words from lovely women about our work together
“Working with Randi was like talking to a very kind, very insightful older sister who had no view on what I should do, but every possible desire for me to find the best answer, the best outcome for me. With her help I was able to get clearer on what I really wanted and with her support, I made the changes and choices needed to get there. In the course of working with Randi I was deeply grateful for her clarity and her compassion, which together allowed be to feel both safe and sure that I was in good hands. But perhaps most of all, I was grateful for Randi’s incisive, intuitive ability to ask me the questions that helped me plot a course through the murky areas of my own life.” ~Marianne Elliot, UN-Human Rights Attorney, Zen Peacekeeper
Through my work, I am fortunate to be connected with so many coaches – and Randi Buckley is one of my most favourites. She has a gift for so gently and compassionately getting to the heart of the matter. She has a respect and tenderness for her clients that make even the hard questions feel safe. She is obviously whole-heartedly committed to being of service in a profoundly significant way. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with her and am so happy to recommend her to friends and colleagues.
~ Carrie Klassen, Pink Elephant Communications
“I’m having a hard time putting into words what the coaching meant to me. None-the-less, I want to share it, even if the words fall short of the truth.
Well, it turns out that Randi is the real deal. Seriously? I think she’s part magician. Or at least mystic. It wasn’t very long into our conversation that she started voicing things that she picked up in my words and energy that were so dead on they were scary. And with only a few well placed questions, she had me digging into demons, identifying the places where I deal with “imposter syndrome”, and voicing big crazy dreams I’d never dared whisper to anyone.
One of the things Randi encouraged me to do (which, I admit, I resisted at first) was to examine some of the negative voices in my life to find the truth hidden behind them. I didn’t realize how powerful that was until this morning when the real live negative voice (not just the ones in my head) I talked to her about made a significant energy shift and actually paid me the FIRST EVER compliment I have heard coming out of those lips – and all because I’d started the conversation with an acknowledgement of the wisdom that person had put into an email the day before.” Heather Plett, Creative Leadership Coach, Storyteller
”Say What? Heartful Conversations for Big-Deal Situations” is a new group coaching program that I’m going to play and experiment with in October. It’s for women who want to speak their truth but aren’t sure what to say or how to say it. Perfect for those who aren’t fans of confrontation, afraid of being a pushover or just don’t have the words.
“Say What” is four weeks long, meets Wednesday evenings (Pacific) and has office hours for personal coaching with what you’re trying to say.
Why? Because so many people get stuck here. Terrified, even. And because one of my gifts is helping people say what they want to say through loving and respectful conversations- and much more. I’m damn good at it and love doing this work.
So here it is! The registration button for less awkward and less clunky conversations that come from the heart, have impact and create the change you desire. Find your words, speak your truth, say it with greater ease, and be at peace with it.
