About Randi

Hello!

Randi Buckley is a leadership, relationship and team coach bringing 20 years of experiential education to her coaching. Internationally she has coached 1000s of individuals, partnerships and teams consciously and intentionally moving them forward into their vision and goals. In realizing her greatest passion she discovered she had been intuitively ‘coaching’ others and partnerships since she was a little girl and was over the moon when she made it her career.

For 20 years she has been involved in experiential education with the Concordia Language Villages, a residential language- immersion program for youth in 16 different languages, offering program-wide training, leadership and coaching to staff from over 30 countries and is Assistant Dean of “Skogfjorden” the Norwegian Language Village.

Randi has extensive experience, in various capacities and has worked as a coach, consultant and/or trainer to internationally renowned wellness centers, organizations and Culture Shifters including the Equinox Resort and Spa, Youth For Understanding International Exchange, The Big Sur Land Trust, The Body Holiday at Le Sport (Saint Lucia), Spa Nordstrom, The Omega Institute, Canyon Ranch-Las Vegas, Ritz-Carlton Georges V- Paris, Meadowood, Peninsula Beverly Hills and The Sanctuary, London.

Her clients include world-class wellness centers, spas, Super Bowl Champions and Academy Award-winning actors. Randi holds multiple degrees and professional certification through the International Coach Federation. She received her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute, The Center for Right Relationship and coaching mentorship with a Master Certified Coach.
