There is so much goodness being launched right now. So many excellent offerings from brilliant souls whom I can really get behind. I’m putting together my autumn offerings (Maybe Baby and the Maybe Baby Self-Study, and more) and early notifications for the Norway Retreat 2013 (which has nothing to do with babies) but also want to give you a heads up on other things you might be interested in checking out. I’m proud to call this lot friends. They are all highly skilled, unpretentious, fun, compassionate and have a deep seated desire to make a difference.
Please note: None of these are affiliate links (meaning, I don’t get a financial kickback if you buy), they are just LOVE links to excellent programs led by exceptional folks.
I’m a big fan of Rachel Cole. I think we have a similar take on many things and she gets my humor, so I love her a little extra for that. But she’s a great coach too. And a great writer. Her workshop, Hunger Stories, Writing our way toward what we crave, what we need & what feeds us is live in the San Francisco Bay Area this September.
My good friends Julie Daley and Lianne Raymond are teaming up, for what will me a seriously brilliant pairing for The WildSoul Book Club. It’s hard to imagine better midwives to guide you through books that speak to a woman’s soul. They will do so with wisdom, heart and no doubt, humor. I have danced, laughed and cried with these two. This will be a powerful program!
I still remember my first Skype date with Susannah Conway. We could have talked for hours! Or laughed, as the case may be. I so want to be the third wheel on her nights on the town with the bodacious and excellent Sas. Susannah’s course, Unraveling is coming up, is gorgeous and sells out fast! Unraveling connects you back to yourself and does so with deep compassion and elegance.
Heather Plett is someone you want in your corner- for a variety of reasons. She has opened registration for Mandala Discovery, her take on an ancient process of using mandalas as a pathway to your core. Heather uses narrative coaching to take you through your own labyrinth. She’s deeply rooted with a free spirit and wisdom coming from both of those directions.
Curvy Yoga Exploration is open for registration! The lovely and wonderful Anna Guest-Jelley offers this course and certification for yoga instructors who want to better serve and help their curvy clients build a thriving yoga practice. So if you’re a yoga instructor who wonders, “How do I talk about adjustments for boobs, butts, and other body parts? Oh sh*t!” this is your course.
I’m so grateful for my ever-deepening friendship with Cath Duncan. I think she will single-handedly change the way we view and experience grief and instead hold a place of creativity and shamelessness. That’s a pretty profound gift to the world! If you’re a coach and want to offer this to your clients too, her Creative Grief Coaching Certification is coming up! In fact there are only two spots left for the September session. If this resonates- go!
My friend Tara Mohr has delighted so many women with her signature program, Playing Big. Why? It’s a game-changer and Tara is elegant example of Playing Big and forging paths that lead to opening up your brilliance. Her program has received deep praise and a catalyst in changing lives. Starts soon!
Teaching is a huge part of my life. Whether it’s how I spend my summers or the bulk of the gifts of my dearest friends, I’m surrounded by and am deeply in touch with the importance of teaching. Michele Lisenbury Christensen and Jen Louden are about to open registration for the next round of “Teach Now!“. This is an incredible program and rich with expert interviews from master instructors and teachers from around the world (including one Tove Dahl- Knight, Professor, Dean, Amiga). Michele and Jen are fun and wise guides. You’ll want to hang out with them all the time. I do.
Now I just discovered that Molly Mahar has two new programs opening soon (umm… wow, woman)! Head over to Stratejoy to learn more about “Put Yourself Out There” and “Find Your Passion” group coaching programs. Molly is smart, welcoming and has a knack for helping people come alive. She recently had a baby, too!
I’m slightly scared to hit ‘publish’ for fear of having left out one of the great offerings coming up that I think you should know about. I’m lucky to have such incredible colleagues who do incredible work. So, to assuage my concern I will post additions as I learn about them. And… I’ll let you know about the goodness that I’m up to as well.
Thanks for supporting these women, who help all of us change the world.
